Refund Policy for Creator Nebula LLC

At Creator Nebula LLC, we strive to provide exceptional service and high-quality products. We encourage you to review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Services
Due to the nature of our work, payments for digital marketing, consulting, or other related services are non-refundable. Once a project has commenced, time and resources are immediately allocated, and we cannot recover these costs. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered or are in progress.

Digital Products
For digital products sold by Creator Nebula LLC (such as courses, templates, or ebooks), refunds may be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date, but only under the condition that you have not fully accessed or downloaded the purchased material. We reserve the right to verify the extent of access before issuing a refund.

Policy Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • You have a “change of mind” after services have started or a digital product has been accessed.
  • You fail to provide the required information, content, or access necessary for us to deliver our services in a timely manner.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund where applicable, please contact our support team at ali@creatornebula.com. You must include proof of purchase (such as the order number or receipt) and a brief explanation of your request.

Refund Processing
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to review your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
