Welcome to Creator Nebula LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the digital marketing, funnel-building, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) we provide. By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.
2. Services Creator Nebula LLC provides digital marketing, funnel-building, and related services. We may also offer digital products for sale. The specific scope of services for any project will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
3. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Payments: All payments for services must be made upfront as specified in the project proposal or on our pricing page. All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
- Refunds: Our policy on refunds is detailed on our Refund Policy page. For service-based work, refunds are not issued for work already completed. For digital products, sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
- Cancellations: For ongoing services, you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Payments for the notice period will be due in full.
4. Intellectual Property All content, methodologies, designs, and materials created or provided by Creator Nebula LLC as part of the Services remain our exclusive intellectual property, unless explicitly granted in writing. You are granted a limited license to use materials for your business purposes only and may not copy, redistribute, or resell them.
5. Third-Party Services Our Services may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., analytics, email tools, social media platforms). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or issues caused by these third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creator Nebula LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Services.
7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms. You may also terminate your agreement with us by providing written notice, subject to the cancellation terms in Section 3.
8. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
